Introducing Archon.

A new AI co-founder for founders running real businesses between $500 and $30k MRR — whether you’re alone or with a small team.

Archon · Currently shipping · May 2026

Today we’re shipping Archon — the AI co-founder for the founder who doesn’t have one. It plugs into your Stripe, your website, your social profiles. Reads everything. Names what’s broken in your business. Drafts the work you need to ship. You hit approve.

Archon is built for founders running real revenue between $500 and $30k MRR. Solo, near-solo, or running a small team of two to five — the phase where a co-founder would matter most, and either you don’t have one, or the team you do have needs someone to tell them, factually, that you’re three people too many for what you ship.

Most AI tools for founders are chatbots with a logo. Archon plugs into your stack and tells you what to fix this week.

What Archon does

Archon does three things, in this order: it audits your stack, it plans your week, and it drafts the work. That’s the entire surface area. We resisted adding more.

Audit. Connect Stripe, your site, your LinkedIn. Archon ingests everything and outputs a single 0–100 health score plus the three bottlenecks killing your MRR right now — named in plain English, ranked by impact on revenue.

Plan. Monday morning, one task. Sized to your stage. At $1k MRR it’s about finding customer #1. At $10k it’s about systematising. A 16-week sequence underneath, not a vague 6-month roadmap. You always know what comes next, and you know why.

Ship. Drafts your LinkedIn, X, and Reddit posts. Rewrites your hero copy. Generates daily reports. You hit approve — Archon publishes via the platform’s native UI, so algorithmic reach stays intact. No third-party API penalty. Your reach is yours.

How Archon ranks bottlenecks

Most “founder tools” give you a 40-page PDF report. We do the opposite: three bottlenecks, ranked by impact on revenue, named in plain English.

The ranking uses your actual Stripe data — not benchmarks, not industry averages. If your trial converts at 4% and your LinkedIn signs 2 paying customers a month, those are the inputs. Archon weighs them and tells you which one to fix first.

RANK   BOTTLENECK   IMPACT ON MRR 01 Trial conversion −$1,840 02 Channel diversity −$980 03 Pricing framing −$420 SAMPLE OUTPUT   HEALTH SCORE 73 / 100

Why we built memory that forgets

Most chatbots have one memory bucket. Archon has two — working memory (decays after 7 days) and knowledge memory (persists indefinitely). Working memory holds context for this week’s chat. Knowledge memory holds things that compound: what you’ve learned about your customers, what works on which channel, what your actual MRR pattern looks like.

The forgetting is deliberate. If Archon remembered every passing comment, the advice would drift to generic over time. By design, it forgets the noise and keeps the signal. You explicitly mark something as “remember this” and it’s promoted to the permanent layer.

Pricing — $79 / month

Archon costs $79 per month, ~$2.60 per day. 3-day free trial, no card required to start. The price is set against the real comparison — the next-cheapest option for a founder between $500 and $30k MRR is a human coach at $500–$2,000 per month. Archon doesn’t replace that. It replaces the “I’d ask Paul Graham but I can’t” gap.

What you get for that: every chat turn pulls from the founder canon Archon is trained on — Paul Graham’s entire essay catalogue, First Round Review’s 900+ operator interviews, the deep writing on recruiting users by hand and pricing and PMF. Then it grounds the answer in your live Stripe / Qonto data. ChatGPT can’t do that — not because the model is weaker, but because it doesn’t have your numbers or the canon retrievable.

Cancel in one click, anytime, through the Stripe portal. Same day. No retention call, no exit survey, no “are you sure?” modal.

Who built this

Archon was built by Luca Genestet, solo, from Paris. Previously: Beepmark (sold). Allergic to vapourware. Believes AI products should pay for themselves before they raise.

If you’re between $500 and $30k MRR and you’d rather have a co-founder than a chatbot — Archon is for you. Run a free audit below; you’ll know in 60 seconds if the analysis is useful.
