Daily reports now ship at 8am
Your inbox knows what to focus on before you do.
Daily reports · shipped May 8, 2026
Founders open the dashboard at random times. They open Stripe at random times. Most of the day is spent context-switching between tools, and the one number that matters — revenue — gets checked when there’s already nothing to do about it that day.
Starting today, Archon sends a daily report at 8am local time. One email, one screen, three things:
- MRR delta — what changed since yesterday, with the customer name if it was a new signup or churn.
- One action — what Archon thinks you should ship today. Specific, not generic.
- New insight — if yesterday’s data revealed something (a post taking off, a trial converting at unusual rate), it’s flagged here.
How it adapts
The report changes shape depending on your stage. At $1k MRR, the “one action” is almost always about getting in front of more people — a post draft, a cold outreach list. At $10k, it’s about systematising what works.
It also adapts to what happened. A new signup overnight? The action is to send the welcome email yourself, by name. A churn? The action is to ask the customer why, in one specific message.
How to customize
In Settings → Notifications, you can change the delivery time (anything between 6am and 10am local), turn weekends off, or disable the report entirely. The defaults work for most founders — the 8am slot lands before the first context switch of the day.
